Yvonne Casey Suggs

Yvonne Casey Suggs, 73, of Lee Co., GA died Thursday, September 10, 2015 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, September 14, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Dennis Taylor will officiate. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery.

Mrs. Suggs was born and lived in Albany, GA all of her life. She was retired from Flint River Textile Mill and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Leonard Casey, Sr. and Myrtle Watson Casey, her husband, Warren L. Suggs and a brother, Henry Leonard Casey, Jr.

Survivors include a son, Dwayne Suggs (Betty), Lee Co., GA, two daughters, Debbie Baggett (Donna Mehrhoff), St. Louis, MO, Donna Hamilton (Randy Hall), Lee Co., GA, six grandchildren, Troy Baggett, Michael Hamilton, Kimberly Hamilton, Joshua Hutto, Matthew Suggs, Andrew Suggs, twelve great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home.

The family is at the residence of Dwayne and Betty Suggs, 647 Winifred Road, Leesburg, GA.
