William Reginald Presley passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2022.    Reginald (Bill) was born on May 6, 1933 in Thomaston, GA.  He was the only child of William Earley Presley and Velma Vernell Brooks Presley.

 William Reginald Presley married Dolores Freeman Presley in 1954 after meeting at Gordon Military College.  They began their marriage in Atlanta, GA. Reginald joined the Army and was in the 36th Medical Battalion stationed in Hanau Germany. Bill and Dolores lived in Germany for many years and have wonderful memories of that time of their life.   They returned to Atlanta and then moved to Albany, GA where Reginald worked  for PPG as the GA area sales manager for 33 years. Reginald was a Master Mason, a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason, a Shriner, a member of the Moose Club and the Elks club.  He was head usher at Porterfield Church for 10 years. 

 “Bill”  was avid fisherman and hunter.  He taught his children and all their friends and his grandchildren and all their fiends how to ski and fish at a very young age.  He could usually be found on his boat. He could make the best fried fish and he cooked it often for all his family and friends.

He leaves behind his daughter Sandee Presley Crain ( Joe Crain, Jr) of Newnan, GA,  grandchildren Joe and Arielle Crain and Allie Crain of Atlanta, GA. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores Freeman Presley, his beloved son William Earley Presley II (Little Bill), and his parents William Earley Presley and Velma Vernell Brooks Presley and his in-laws Walter Vernon Freeman and Nunziata Castaldi Freeman.
