William Edward Butts, Jr

William Edward Butts, Jr., 65, of Leesburg, GA, died Tuesday, December 11, 2012, at his home. Private services will be held at a later date.

Mr. Butts was a graduate of Terrell County High school and attained a Bachelors Degree from Georgia Southwestern University. He, also, served two years in the United States Army during Vietnam and was stationed at Ft. Benning. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Edward and Rachael Butts, Sr. and a sister, Carol Butts.

Survivors include a companion, Brenda Smith of Leesburg, GA, a son, Ward Butts and his wife Laura of Leesburg, GA, three grandchildren, Emily, Leanne, and Chloe, and a sister, Kathy Phillips and her husband Van of Dawson, GA.
