William Brian Pollard

William Brian Pollard, 57, of Lee County died Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

His funeral service will be Saturday 4:00 p.m. at Mathews funeral Home with interment in Crown Hill Cemetery.  Mr. Rantz Murphy will officiate.

A native of Avon Park, FL Mr. Pollard had lived in Lee County since 1975.  He was a 1978 Graduate of Lee County High School and worked with Proctor and Gamble.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Tara Pollard and his parents William and Shirley Pollard.

Survivors include his wife, Lisa Pollard, Lee County, step daughters Erica Cooper, Albany and her children Madison and Cole Griffith, Ansley Adkins, Lee County and her children Mackenzie Sheffield, Chloe Harris, Ashton Harris, sisters, Teri Austin (Albert), Leesburg, and her children  A. J. Austin, Amy Bullington (Glenn) brother, Kevin Pollard (Angie), and son Tyler Pollard, Lake Placid, FL, step sisters Kathy Reffuse (Larry), Dade City, FL, Lisa Allen (Rick), Lake Placid, FL, Holly Valentine (Brett), Lake Placid, FL, Beth Tomlinson (Hue), Live Oak, FL, step mother, Sharon R. Pollard, Lake Placid, FL, sister in laws Crystal Gibson, Leesburg and her daughter who was like Brian’s daughter Wanna Sites, Claire Smith, Long View, TX, Lori Smith, Leesburg, Debbie Conkle, Phenix City, AL, Sandy Jumper, Columbus, brother in law Michael Brown, Leesburg and his son Mason Brown, father in law Kelly “Papa” Brown

The family will receive friends Saturday from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home.
