Whitney Ann Adams

Whitney Ann Adams, 51, of Lee County GA, passed away June 8, 2016 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, June 10, 2016 at 3:00 pm at Mathews Funeral Home. Father Ray Levreault will officiate. Interment will follow in Leesburg Cemetery.

Born in Royal Oak, MI, Whitney moved to Lee County in 1989. She was a homemaker and a mother to many in this little town. Her goal in life was to make anyone and everyone smile as much as she could. She loved to bring life to anything she touched and will be truly missed.

Survivors include her husband John Adams of Lee County, GA, daughters, Carly and Paige Adams, parents Barbara and Conrad Dowel, s sister Gretchen and her husband Kevin Groeb, two nephews Dietrich Heil and Hazen Ripple, a brother Kevin Adams, sister Amanda Adams, nephews Tyler Thomas and Gavin Adams, a dear aunt Jackie and uncle Tommy and their daughter Kasi Wilkerson.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Mathews Funeral Home.
