Wanda Gail Hall Vega

Wanda Gail Hall Vega, 70 of Albany, GA, died Thursday, June 16, 2022 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.  Funeral services will be held Monday, June 20, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home.  Rev. Terry Siniard will officiate.  Interment will follow at Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery for those desiring to attend.  The family will receive friends Monday from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the funeral home.

Mrs. Vega was born October 1, 1951 in Moultrie, GA, daughter of the late Hubert Ashton Hall and Mary Lee Spell Hall.  She worked for over 30 years for AT&T, formerly Southern Bell.  She was a Christian lady, who loved her Lord and her family.  She was a member of Sunnyside Baptist Church.  Other than her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother Donald Hall.

She is survived by her daughter Mary Ann Mathis (Chad) of Locust Grove, GA, her sister Barbara Hall Blackburn (Jeff) of Albany, GA, her brother Ronald Hall of Albany, GA, grandson Braxton Mathis of Locust Grove, GA, niece Julie Blackburn, Albany, GA and her nephew Matthew Hall of Albany, GA.
