Walker Sidney Coston

Walker Sidney Coston, 83, of Albany, GA, died October 8, 2012 at Dawson Health and Rehabilitation Center. Graveside funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM at Thundering Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Bobby Moye will officiate.

A native of Leesburg, GA, born to Jay and Nannie Coston, he had resided in Albany, GA since 1951. Mr. Coston was the owner of Coston's Sheet Metal Works and was a Baptist by faith. Fishing was his passion and he loved to work in his garden.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann Coston of Albany, GA, a daughter, Patricia Ann Browning and her husband, Clifford of Glenwood, GA, a son, Ronnie Lee Coston of Albany, GA, two sisters, Mary Sagendorph and Vesta Fletcher both of Albany, GA, five grandchildren, Stephanie Ann Bowles, Kristi Browning, Daniell Benfield, Cortney Coston and Andy Coston and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, J.C. Coston.
