Tyler Ray Cook

Tyler Ray Cook, 22, of Lee Co., GA died Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Leesburg. Rev. Bruce Pittman will officiate. Interment will follow in Leesburg Cemetery.

Born in Altamonte Springs, FL, Tyler had resided in Lee Co. most all of his life. He attended Lee County High School and was employed with UniFirst Uniform Services. He was preceded in death by his mother, Shannon Marie Jernigan Cook and maternal grandfather, Allen Jernigan, Jr.

Survivors include a son, Weston Ray Cook, Lee Co., GA, his parents, Roger M. Cook and Trish Cook, Lee Co., GA, four sisters, Autumn Cook, Lee Co., GA, Ashley Cook, Longwood, FL, Jordan Milner and Rachel Milner (Lance) all of Leesburg, GA, a brother, Nathan Milner, Destin, FL, maternal grandparents, Kathy Lassiter-Davis and George Davis, Melbourne, FL and David Milliron and Dana Milliron, Longwood, FL, paternal grandparents, Robert Cook and Teresa Cook, Albany, GA, Brad Harpe and Cheryl Harpe, Camilla, GA and Vivian Theel, Lee Co., GA, aunts and uncles, Brian and Maria Patterson, Lee Co., GA, Melissa Harpe, Albany, GA, Brian and Corrina Milliron, Palm Bay, FL, Nick and Kristy Kesterson, Oviedo, FL, two nieces and two nephews.

The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home.
