Thomas Gene Clark

Thomas Gene Clark, 65, of Albany, GA, died Saturday, January 4, 2014 at the Medical Center of Georgia in Macon, GA. Memorial services will be conducted Thursday, January 9, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Life Christian Center International. Pastor Stan Glass and Pastor Mark Fulford will officiate.

A native of Albany, GA, Mr. Clark had resided in Albany, GA most of his life. He was formerly employed with Edwards Motors in Moultrie, GA and was a member of Friendship Alliance Church in Moultrie, GA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy Gene Clark and Donna Jean Nash Clark.

Survivors include one brother, Roy Clark, sister-in-law, Denise Clark (Gene's Guardian Angel) both of Lee Co., daughter, April Summerlin and her husband, Shawn of Lee Co., daughter Angela Wilkin of Atlanta, GA, nephew, Vance Smith and his wife Melissa of Lee Co., four grandchildren, Eric Summerlin, Alivia Summerlin, Stephanie Summerlin, and Cassie Summerlin, great nephew, Carson Tollinchi and great neice, Maddie Bradley.

Gene dearly loved his family and his church family at Friendship Alliance Church. He was an avid Nascar fan and enjoyed the greatest rock 'n' roll band ever "Journey".
