Teresa Diane Clark

Teresa Diane Clark, 52, of Albany, GA, died November 3, 2012 at Willson Hospice House. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 AM at Mathews Funeral Home. Mike Cannon will officiate. Interment will follow in the Leary City Cemetery.

A native of Douglasville, GA, Mrs. Clark had lived in Albany, GA since 1965. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her parents, George and Barbara Reed.

Survivors include her husband, Larry Clark of Albany, GA, two brothers, Bobby Reed and his wife, Annza of Lee County, GA and Rusty Reed of Albany, GA and two children, Chad Clark and Tara Clark both of Albany, GA.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral at Mathews Funeral Home.
