Tammy O'Quin

Tammy O'Quinn, 46, of Leesburg, GA, died July 11, 2017 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 14, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Jim English will officiate. Interment will follow at Leesburg Cemetery. 

A native of Fairfield, CA, Tammy grew up in Tifton, Ga and graduated from Tifton County High School in 1989. She attended Darton College, ABAC and attended Valdosta College on a softball scholarship. 

She moved Lee County, GA in 1993 and was employed with Waffle House as a district manager, was a district manager with Title Max and was currently employed with TriMark Strategic. Tammy attended Leslie Baptist Church and was active at Hasan Shrine Center with the Ladies of Nasah.

Survivors include her husband, Miles O'Quinn, a son, Dustin Miles O'Quinn and a daughter, Carly Nicole O'Quinn all of Leesburg, GA., her parents, Pauline and Bobby Helms of Tifton, GA, a brother, Steven (Susan) Helms of Thomasville, GA, and three nieces and two nephews. 

The family will be at the residence of Pam and James Earl Bass 1065 Armena Rd. Leesburg, GA 31763.

The Family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home.
