Susan Griffin Morgan

Susan Griffin Morgan, 51, of Lee County, GA, died January 5, 2014 at Willson Hospice House. Memorial services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 AM at Mathews Funeral Home. Ross Powell and Garrett Grubbs will officiate. Entombment will follow at Crown Hill Mausoleum.
A native of Albany, GA, Susan had lived here all of her life. She graduated from Westover High School in 1980, attended Albany Technical College and Darton State College. She was an accountant with Kelly, Lovett and Blakey, PC and was a member of Sherwood Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Griffin, a son Benjaye Morgan, her father and mother-in-law Joel and Janice Morgan.
Survivors include her husband, Joey Morgan and her two children, Presley Morgan and Kyler Morgan all of Lee County, GA, her father, Joseph W. (Joe) Morgan, a brother, Randy Griffin of Albany, GA, and family, a sister and her family, Judy Peppers of Canton, GA, two brothers-in-law, Todd and Kristi Morgan and their family of Tift County, GA and Brian and Benita Morgan and their family of Miramar Beach, FL and Malinda Kretzer and her family of Panama City Beach, FL and her dog, Bella Morgan.
The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home.
