Sarah Norma Maddox

Sarah Norma Maddox, 92, of Lee Co., GA, passed quietly Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital surrounded by family. Graveside funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 3:00 p.m. at Floral Memory Gardens. Pastor Mark Waters will officiate.

Born in Griffin, GA, Mrs. Maddox had resided in Lee Co., GA since 1978 moving from Albany, GA and she was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Lewis Brown and Arlena Justice Brown, brothers, Jerry Brown, Henry Lewis Brown, Jr., sisters, Velesta DuPree, Deanna Warren and a son-in-law, William S. Herron, Jr.

Survivors include the love of her life for seventy four years her husband, Jack C. Maddox, a son, Dennis L. Maddox and his wife Gina, all of Lee Co., GA, two daughters, Barbara J. Maddox, Miami, FL and Jacquelyn F. Herron, Canton, GA.
