Sara Toms Rusk

Sara Toms Rusk, 19, of Smithville, died Sunday, September 24, 2023.

Graveside service for Sara and her unborn son Noah Spencer will be 2:00 PM, September 29, 2023 at Leesburg Cemetery with Rev. Mark Kinservik will officiate. 

Born in Albany, Sara had attended Lee County High School.  Along with her son she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Barbara Bullard and Emitt Braswell and paternal grandfather David Toms.

Survivors include her husband, Adam Spencer Rusk, mother, Bobbie Jo Patterson, father, Johnny Toms II, brothers David Toms, Walter Patterson, sister, Brittany Hall, paternal grandmother, Annie Mae Toms, in-laws, Brandon and Britni Rusk and brothers-in-law, Connor Rusk and Lewis Rusk.

The family will receive friends Thursday 6 to 8 PM at Mathews Funeral Home.
