Ruby Ann Fulton

Ruby Ann Fulton, 84, of Lee County, GA, died September 15, 2015 at Willson Hospice House. Funeral services will be held Friday at 3:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Charles Jones will officiate and The Order of The Eastern Star will perform their service. Interment will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.

A native of New Market, TN, Mrs. Fulton moved to Albany, GA in 1966 and to Lee County, GA in 1979. She was a homemaker and mother and was a member of Byne Memorial Baptist Church. Mrs. Fulton was also a member of The Order of The Eastern Star, Crepe Myrtle Chapter # 163, The Ladies of Nasah and The Grandmothers Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph H. Fulton, a daughter, Christi Rose Fulton and a grandson, Charles L. Watson, Jr.

Survivors include four daughters, Cynthia (Dean) Shaffer of Portland, OR, Linda (Don) White of Sylvester, GA, Bobbie Jean Babcock of Moses Lake, WA and Lydia Fulton of Lee County, GA, a son, Thomas Fulton of Fitzgerald, GA, a brother, Bill Barbee of New Market, TN, six grandchildren, Tina Grassl, Ted Gripp, Michal Dildine, David Babcock, Scott Layfield and Bryce Layfield and eleven great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Friday one hour before the funeral at Mathews Funeral Home.
