Ronald Henry Tabb

Ronald Henry Tabb, 66, of Macon, GA, formerly of Albany, GA, died Monday October 13, 2014 at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA. Funeral services will be conducted Friday October 17, 2014 at 11:00 am at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Keith Smith will officiate. Interment will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Born in Donaldsonville, GA, Mr. Tabb has resided in Macon, GA, since 1993 moving from Albany, GA he was retired the US Postal Service as southeast business manager after 35 years of service. When in Albany, he was a member of the Exchange Club of Albany, was a YMCA soccer coach and was a previous member of Sherwood Baptist church before moving to Macon and becoming a member of Mabel White Baptist church. He was precede in death by a niece, Candy Tabb.

Survivors include his wife, Carol Standish Tabb, daughter, Rhonda Tabb Mobley (Jay), all of Macon, GA, a brother Russ Tabb (Angie), Leary, GA, three grandchildren, Star Marie Mobley, Zac Shaw Mobley and Brendan A. Mobley all of Macon, GA, two nephews Russell Jason Tabb (Kara) and Chad Tabb( Jennifer).

The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 pm until 7:30 pm at Mathews Funeral Home.
