Ronald Bryant "Ronnie" Lee

Ronald Bryant "Ronnie" Lee, of Leary, Georgia passed away Friday, March 21, 2025  at the age of 78. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, March 26, 2025  at 3:00 P.M. at Milford Baptist Church. Rev. Preston Wilson and Rev. Vann Power will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with military honors. 

Ronnie Lee was born August 7, 1946 to Grady and Louise Lee of Patmos, GA, Ronnie was a graduate of Baker County High School, where  he met his beloved wife. In 1965, Ronnie married Susan Timmons. Shortly after marriage, Ronnie proudly served in the Vietnam War. After returning from Vietnam, Ronnie and Susan settled their family in Leary, GA and Ronnie spent the remainder of his life occupied in Agriculture. A staple of his community, Ronnie was a cherished member of Milford Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon. Ronnie was a friend to all whom he met and a confidant to many. All who knew him knew Ronnie was always willing to have a good farm conversation and a black cup of coffee at Leary Farm Center. While many conversations were "farm talk", Ronnie's favorite topic was to catch others up on his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ronnie was a beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather & great-grandfather.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Grady and Louise Lee and a son-in-law, Kevin Hatcher.       

Survivors include his wife, Susan Timmons Lee, daughters, Jennifer Lee Hatcher, Jodi Lee Collins (Dan) all of Leary Georgia, grandchildren, Troy Hatcher (Carlee) of Leary, GA, Kaylee Lawrence (Joe) of Arlington, GA, Brady Collins (Stephens) of Macon, GA, Beau Collins of Douglas, GA, Bryant Collins of Leary, GA, great-grandchildren, Easton Hatcher, Koy Lawrence, Clayton Hatcher. Siblings, Alan Lee (Marcia) of Leary, GA, Mitch Lee (Jan) of Bostwick, GA, Betty Bloodworth of Leary, GA, Peggy Rodgers (Owen) of Brunswick, GA, and Marilyn Smith, Leesburg, GA.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 26, 2025 from 1:30 P.M. until the funeral hour at Milford Baptist Church.
