Robin L. Kent

Robin L. Kent, 48, of Albany, Georgia, died November 8, 2020, from injuries suffered in an automobile accident.  Private services will be held by the family.

Robin was born in Douglas, Georgia on August 15, 1974, to Edgar M. and Dyra Ann Kent.  He grew up in Homerville, Georgia and graduated from Clinch County High School in 1992.  He moved to Albany, Georgia in 2003 and was employed with Calltech Communications.

Robin married Donna Barwick in 2007.  He was her caregiver and his mother’s caregiver until their deaths. Robin’s hobby was collecting knives and swords. In addition to his wife and mother, Robin was preceded in death by his father, Edgar Morris Kent and brother, Grayson Kent.

Survivors include his siblings, Theresa (Jim) Dedmond of Douglas, Georgia, Marshall Kent of Albany, Georgia, Morris (Jeannine) Kent of Oak Grove, Kentucky, Dan Kent of Homerville, Georgia and Terry (James) Sizemore of Leesburg, Georgia, special Aunt JoAnn Dean (Johnny) and eighteen nieces and nephews.
