Robert "Robin" Carter

Robert “Robin” Carter, 44 of Albany, died Thursday, September 29, 2022 at the Willson Hospice House.

His funeral service will be Sunday 3:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home.  Rev. Sandra Ballard will officiate.  A private interment will follow in Leesburg Cemetery.

A life long resident of Albany, Robin worked in construction most of his life.  He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Carter, mother Deborah Sue Casey Lee Carter, brother, Nathaniel Lee, grandfather, Eugene Casey, aunt, Angela Casey and uncle, Joseph Casey.

Survivors include his brother, William Johnson, sisters, Heather Johnson (Jaccob), Lacey Lee, grandmother, Ruby Marie Casey, aunts, Donna Scott (Steve), Wanda Kirkland (Steve), uncle Steve Casey (Jan) and his fiancée Kathy Broome.
