Robert Eugene Church

Bob E. Church, 75, of Lee County, GA, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 11:00 am at First Baptist Church of Leesburg. Dr. Todd Sullens will officiate.

Born in Fort Wayne Indiana, Bob has resided in Lee County for the past ten years. Bob retired from the trucking industry. He loved being outdoors and fishing, hunting, and golfing were among his favorite activities, as well as spending mornings eating breakfast with the guys at Pearly's.

Survivors include his wife Gail Church of Lee County, GA, two brothers Dave Church and wife Elayne and their two children and five grandchildren and Jerry Church all of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, sister-in-law's Leen Hunt and husband Jimmie of Leary,GA, and their two children and three grandchildren, Kay Lee and husband Fred of Leary, GA, and their three children and seven grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Saturday one hour prior to the memorial service.
