Ricky E. Eidson

Ricky E. Eidson, 49, of Albany, GA, died Thursday, November 1, 2012 at his residence and has gone to be with the Lord. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, November 3, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Ken Chancellor and Curtis Edison will officiate. Interment will follow in Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery.

A native and lifelong resident of Albany, GA, Mr. Eidson was a graduate of Albany High School and was a body technician with Eidson Body Shop. He was a member of Life Christian Center International and attended Lakeside Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Franklin Eugene Eidson.

Survivors include his mother, Bobbie Sue Maloy Eidson, Albany, GA, a sister and her husband, Angie and Tony Deese, Worth Co., GA, a brother, Rex Eidson, Albany, GA, a niece, Adrienne Phillips, Worth Co., GA, a nephew and his wife, Shane and Blakely Phillips of Leesburg, GA, a friend of Bill W. and his pets, Smokey and Bandit.

The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home.
