Richard Wayne Wallace

Richard Wayne Wallace, 65, of Albany, GA, died Thursday, September 28, 2018 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be held Monday, October 1, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Floral Memory Gardens. Mr. Ross Powell will officiate.

Born in Ozark, AL to the late James Edward and Bertha Mae Wallace, Richard moved with his family to Albany, GA in 1954.  He was a member of Albany ARC since 1988 and had been employed with Easter Seals.

Survivors include his wife, Emily Wallace of Albany, GA, his brother, Jim Wallace of Severance, CO, and his friends and caregivers at Albany ARC.  Richard will lie in state from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM Sunday at Mathews Funeral Home for visitation and viewing.
