Richard Adrien Davis

Richard Adrien Davis, 61, of Leesburg, GA died Sunday, November 3, 2013 at Willson Hospice House. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Gary Collier and Randy Vaughn will officiate. Interment will follow at Leesburg Cemetery.

A native of Chicago, IL, he was born to the late Early and Margie Davis. Mr. Davis lived in the Atlanta area most of his life and graduated from Southwest Dekalb High School. Mr. Davis was a truck driver and warehouse manager for All South Roberson and was formerly employed with Pepsi and Coca Cola. He coached little league football and baseball in Lee County for many years and was a member of Christ's Sanctified Holy Church in Lee County.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra D. Davis, two daughters, Brandi Davis and Tiffany Davis all of Leesburg, GA, two sons, Joey Davis of Miami, FL and Ryan Davis of Tucker, GA, a sister, Dee Strickland and her husband, Sam of Watkinsville, GA, three grandchildren, Austin Davis, Seth Pierce and Ross Davis.

The family will be at the residence of Brandi Davis, 134 Creek Ridge Drive, Leesburg, GA, 31763.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home.
