Reed Lightfoot

Reed Narvel Lightfoot, 56, of Leesburg, GA passed away Saturday, December 10, 2022 at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Aaron McCulley and Rev. Hilton Gillespie will officiate. Internment will follow in Liberty Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Doerun, GA.

Born in Albany, GA, Reed was a resident of Albany, GA and Leesburg all of his life. He loved racing, loved to cook and grill, boating, fishing, loved his wife, kids, grandchildren. He was employed with Glass Service Center until he was forced to retired due to health reasons. He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Hagan Preston.

Survivors include his wife, Vicki Mercer Lightfoot, God Daughter, Hope Norris (Kevin), father and step-mother, Vernon and Sandra Lightfoot and brother, Calvin Lightfoot (Tammy) all of Leesburg, GA.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until the funeral hour at Mathews Funeral Home.
