Rebecca Ann "Butterfly Becky" Milner

Rebecca Ann “Butterfly Becky” Blankenship Milner, 77, of Albany, GA, died January 20, 2019 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.  Memorial services will be held Sunday, January 27, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. First United Methodist Church in Walden Chapel.  Rev. Thad Haygood will officiate.  Interment will be held at Leesburg Cemetery.

A native of Rome, GA, Mrs. Milner had lived in Albany since 1969 moving from Fayetteville, NC.  She was a retired Bookkeeper with Duggan and Rouse and was a member of The First United Methodist Church of Albany and the Disciple Sunday School Class.

Survivors include her husband, James T. Milner of Albany, GA, son, Richard Brooks Milner (Andria) of Albany, GA, her grandchildren, Justin Milner of Atlanta, GA, Jessica Milner of Albany, GA, and Sarah McCall (Mac) of Sylvester, GA two great-grandchildren and two brothers, Albert Sydney Blankenship, Jr. (Linda), of Rome, GA, and Lamar Talley Blankenship (Joyce) of Greenville, NC.

The family will receive friends Saturday, January 26, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home.
