Reba Irene Burnham

Reba Irene Burnham, 86, of Moultrie, GA, died Wednesday, March 19, 2014, in Albany, GA. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Bruce Smith will officiate. Interment will follow at New Elm Baptist Church (GA Hwy 33) Colquitt County, GA.
A native of Colquitt County, GA, Mrs. Burnham was born October 31, 1927 to the late Willie Coy Herndon and Gladys Goings Herndon. She had resided in Albany, GA from 1947 until 1990 when she returned to Colquitt County, GA. Mrs. Burnham was a homemaker and a member of New Elm Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Cass Burnham.
Survivors include two daughters, Judy Scott (Bubba) of Albany, GA and Deborah B. Lewis (Robert, Sr.) of Leesburg, GA, three grandchildren, Robert Lewis, Jr. (Cecilia) of Huntsville, AL, Cindy Lewis Ford (Kevin) of Sylvester, GA and Kimberly Scott of Athens, GA, six great-grandchildren and a caregiver, Orie Dell Hall of Dawson, GA.
The family is at the residence of Bubba and Judy Scott at 4118 Quail Hollow Road, Albany, GA 31721.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at residence of Bubba and Judy Scott, 4118 Quail Hollow Road, Albany, GA 31721.
