Raymond (Ray) Monroe Wilson, Jr

Raymond (Ray) Monroe Wilson, Jr., 62, of Mobile, AL died Monday, October 24, 2016 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday, October 30, 2016 at 3:00 PM at the Albany Community SDA Church, 381 Fussell Road, Leesburg, GA 31763. The family will receive family and friends at 4:00 PM following the service.

Born in Blakely, GA, Mr. Wilson grew up in Albany, GA and lived in Key West, FL before moving to Mobile, AL in 1980. He was a master plumber and inspector and was employed by KBR Construction Company for thirty years. He was a member of McCormick Lodge #40 F&AM in Mobile, AL. Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond M. Wilson, Sr. and Rena Lee Wilson McCree, his step-father, Jack McCree and his sister, Barbara Kirby Fricks.

Survivors include two sisters, Carol Wilson Corbett and Rhonda Wilson, both of Albany, GA, one nephew, Matthew Corbett (Marie) of Lee County, GA, one niece, Karen Kirby Tarleton of Toole, UT, and many great nieces and nephews.
