Raymond C. Shiver

Raymond C. Shiver, 85, of Leary, GA, died Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Miller County Hospital in Colquitt, GA. Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Milford Baptist Church. Rev. Preston Williams will officiate.
Born in Sale City, GA, Mr. Shiver was a farmer retiring from Graham Angus Farm in 1993. He was a veteran of the Korean War and was a member of the Leary Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Geneva Cloud Shiver, Leary, GA, two sons, Billy Ray Shiver, Leary, GA, James Mark Shiver, Lee Co., GA, three daughters, Kathy Ann Milner, Albany, GA, Rebecca Elaine Hardy, LaGrange, GA, Connie Lynn Dixon, Leary, GA, two brothers, Roy Shiver, Columbia, SC, Don Shiver, Dublin, GA, three sisters, Retha Clark, Albany, GA, Laverne Gibson, Ellijay, GA, Jackie Cook, Albany, GA, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
