Raymond A. (Ray) Brown

Raymond A. (Ray) Brown, 54, of Lee County, died Friday, April 19, 2013 at Willson Hospice House. A memorial service will be held Sunday, April 28, 2013 at 4:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Dan Harris will officiate. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

A native of East Hartford, CT, Mr. Brown had resided in Albany, GA for the past twenty two years moving from Morristown, FL. He was a graduate of East Hartford High School, was employed at RSC for fourteen years where he was employed as a truck driver. Mr. Brown was employed with Oxford Construction before his illness and he was a Harley rider and a huge NASCAR fan.

Survivors include his son and his wife, Eric T. and Haley Brown of Albany, GA, his parents, Richard and Shirley Brown of Leesburg, GA and two brothers, Rich Brown and his wife, Beverly of Leesburg, GA and Robert Brown of Gainesville, FL.
