Rahn Melaine Carter

Rahn Melaine Carter, born on November 8, 1966 in Albany, GA, passed away on September 17, 2024 at her residence in Albany at the age of 57. 

A graduate of Albany High School in 1982, Rahn was a free spirit, stubborn, independent and beloved by all. She went where few others dared to go, and she did it her way.

Surviving family members include her parents, Melvyn and Loraine Carter, her brothers, Shawn Carter and York (Julie) Carter, nephews Landon and Clark Carter, niece Bree Carter, and many uncles, aunts and cousins.

Memorial services will be conducted by Rev. Jeff Hines at Matthews Funeral Home on Sunday, September 22, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. The family will receive friends after the service.
