Polly Schwartz Young

Polly Schwartz Young, 86, of Lee County, GA, died August 3, 2015 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday at Leesburg Cemetery. Rev. Grady Morey will officiate.

A native of Berne, IN, Mrs. Young was born to the late Adam and Mary Schwartz and had resided in Leesburg, GA since 1974 moving from Ft. Wayne, IN. She was employed with Albany Printing Company for thirty two years and was a member of Amazing Grace Baptist Church.

Survivors include her son, Tommy Young, two grandchildren, Kimberly Johnson and her husband, Chris and T.J. (Tommy) Young and his wife, Jennifer, 3 great-grandchildren, Austin Johnson, Wyatt Young and Daylen Castro all of Lee County, GA and a sister, Clara Hilty.
