Philip W. Santmyer

Philip Wayne Santmyer, 67, died Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at the Willson Hospice House.

His funeral service will be Thursday 11 AM at Floral Memory Gardens with Military Honors. Rev. Ronnie Kinsaul officiating.

A native of Roswell, NM, Mr. Santmyer but lived in a number of places due to his father's Air Force career. Like his father Philip served in the U S Air Force during the Vietnam Conflict reaching the rank of SSgt. He retired from Bell South as a Materials Manager moving to Albany 15 years ago from Lilburn.

He was preceded in death by his mother Betty Santmyer and a brother Richard Santmyer.

Survivors include his daughters, Andrea Burnett (Chris), Locust, NC, Julie Booth, Gainesville, GA, Rebecca Bugg (Joseph), Murphy, NC; father, Raymond Santmyer (Margaret), Albany; brother David Santmyer, (Janice), Columbus, MS and numerous nieces and nephews.
