Perley E. Eppley, Sr

Perley Eppley, Sr. died Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at Lee County Health and Rehabilitation.

His memorial service will be Saturday 1:30 PM at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Leigh Ann Raynor will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service.

A native of Wichita, KS, Mr. Eppley had lived in Albany for a number of years and retired from Gray Communications after 36 years. He was a U. S. Air Force Veteran and a member of Porterfield Memorial United Methodist Church and Double Gate Country Club.

Mr. Eppley was preceded in death by a son Michael Eppley.

Survivors include his wife Dot Eppley, son Perley Eppley, Jr., grandchildren, Perley "Lee" Eppley, III, Danielle Dowdy, Melody Rafferty, Jackson Eppley, Marshall Eppley, great grandchildren, Reed, Paxton, London, Haddock, Ellis, Lawson.
