Paula Lynn Ames

Paula Lynn Pollock Ames, 40, of 111 Kinchafoone Drive, Leesburg, GA, died Monday, July 14, 2014 at her residence.

Born in Albany, GA, Mrs. Ames had resided in Albany, GA or Leesburg, GA all of her life. She was a graduate of Byne Memorial Baptist School and a homemaker. She attended Oakfield Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Hilda Holmes Pollock and her maternal grandmother, Jenny Shader.

Survivors include her husband, John H. Ames, Leesburg, GA, a step-son, Tyler Ames, Ashburn, GA, her father and step-mother, Pastor Joe Pollock and Beth Pollock, her mother, Elsie Shader Pollock, a brother, Joe Pollock, a sister, Frances Carr and paternal grandfather, Charles "Shorty" Pollock all of Leesburg, GA.

The family will receive friends today (July 15, 2014) from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the residence of Randy and Frances Carr, 164 Quail Chase Dr., Leesburg, GA, 31763.
