Patsy Pauline Vaughan

Patsy Pauline Vaughan, 74, of Kingsport, TN formerly of Albany, GA died March 18, 2016 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 4:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home. Ross Powell will officiate. Interment will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.

A native of Kingsport, TN, Mrs. Vaughan had lived in Atlanta, GA and Albany, GA before moving back to Tennessee three years ago. She was employed with Eye Physicians in Atlanta, GA and retired from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.

Survivors include her two daughters, Pamela Gonzalez and her husband, Danny of Albany, GA and Cheryl Nichols of Dahlonega, GA, her siblings, Iva Nell Bernard and Carolyn Christian both of Kingsport, TN, her grandchildren, Danielle Gonzalez of New York, NY, Brandon Gonzalez and Joshua Gonzalez both of Albany, GA, Rebecca Golden and her husband, Andrew of Birmingham, AL, Harley Gravit of Lawrenceville, GA and Jacob Story and Jerimiah Story of Thomaston, GA and two great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends one hour before the funeral at Mathews Funeral Home.
