Patrick S. Murphy

Patrick S. Murphy, 44, of Calhoun Co, GA, died December 23, 2016. Memorial services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Ray Levreault will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour before the funeral. Interment will be at Cordray Methodist Cemetery.

Patrick was born in Salem, MA and grew up in a Military family. Eventually moving to Marietta, GA in 1985 and graduating from Sprayberry High School in 1990. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from The Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia in 1995. Patrick was employed with The Home Depot as a Regional Outside Sales Manager and attended St. Teresa's Catholic Church.

Survivors include his parents, John D. (Jack) and Jean Conley Murphy of Calhoun County, GA, a sister, Leslie Murphy Farrelly and her husband, Edward of Savannah, GA, three nieces, Emily, Ava and Madilyn Farrelly, two nephews, Jack and Nicklas Farrelly and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
