Patricia Ann Lamb

Patricia Ann “Patsy” Craft Lamb, 72, of Lee County, GA, died March 20, 2023 at her residence.  Graveside funeral services will be held Friday, March 24, 2023 at 11:00 am at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Dawson, GA. Rev. Andrew Kornegay will officiate.

Patsy was born in Colquitt, GA on February 27, 1951 to William and Grace Craft.  She grew up in Arlington, GA and graduated from Early County High School in 1969.  After High School, she moved to Albany, GA and was employed with Southern Bell for over thirty years.  She married Carlos Lamb on July 31, 1971 and they were married for forty nine years before his death in 2020.

Patsy was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church and the AT&T Pioneers. She enjoyed flowers, traveling, the Georgia Bulldogs and her grandkids.  She was preceded in death by her father, William Craft and her husband, Carlos Lamb.

Survivors include her daughter, Traci Lamb and her partner, Rock Dareche of Charlotte, NC, her mother, Grace McLeod Craft of Dawson, GA, her grandchildren, Riley Loomis, Reegan Loomis and Rowan Dareche, her brothers, Wesley Craft of Leesburg, GA and Marcus Craft of Dawson, GA and a sister-in-law, Jennifer Crosby of Dothan, AL.

The family will receive friends Thursday, March 23, 2023 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Mathews Funeral Home.
