Patricia Knight “Trisha” Hall, 76, of Albany, GA, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2025 at Lake Blackshear, GA. A memorial service will be held Friday at 11:00 am at The First Baptist Church of Albany. Dr. William E. “Butch” Knight will officiate.
Trisha was born in Albany, GA on November 18, 1948 to the late James E. and Beatrice Knight. She was a lifelong resident of Albany and graduated from Albany High School in 1966. Trisha graduated from Albany Junior College and worked in Administration with Oak Tree Children Center DCSS for thirty-seven years, retiring in 2022.
Trisha loved the Lord, being a very active member of The First Baptist Church of Albany, and bible study and fellowship with the Adult 7 Sunday School Class. She loved her friends, making children happy at school, going to the beach and lake, walking and hula hooping, and working in the yard. She especially loved Tommy and her three sons, her daughters-in-law and grandchildren, all the rest of her big family, and her loyal protector, Carlee. Trisha also loved her family traditions including coffee every morning with the Golden Girls at Mema’s, breakfast with Diane and Don on Tuesdays, and laughing with the Lunch Bunch on Fridays.
Survivors include her husband, Tommy Hall of Albany, GA, her sons, Chris (Amber) Hall of Albany, GA and Jason Hall both of Albany, GA and Chad (Ashley) Hall of Marietta, GA, her siblings, Diane (Cecil) Fowler of Albany, GA and Don (Shelia) Knight of Lake Blackshear, GA), sister-in-law Jo Ann (Jim) of Jacksonville, AR: her grandchildren, Knox Hall of Albany, GA, Eady Hall of Athens, GA, Fletcher Hall of Albany, GA and Isla Hall and Townes Hall both of Marietta, GA, nieces and nephews, Celia (Jimbo) Boykin of Jesup, GA, Mandy (Lawson) Swan of Alpharetta, GA, Brent Fowler of Lee County, GA, Brent (Noel Nicole) Hall of Cumming, GA and Angela Silvi and Allison (Patrick) Coleman all of Jacksonville, AR.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 23, 2025 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at their residence.
