Patricia Ann "Patsy" Bell

Patricia Ann “Patsy” Bell died at the age of 82 on January 17, 2025, surrounded by family at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia. 

Patsy was born April 22, 1942, to Henry and Mary Grace Bell in Bessemer, Alabama. She graduated from Miss Howard’s School for Girls in 1960. Patsy moved to Albany in 2002 to be closer to family. She was a resident of Pruitt Healthcare, where she enjoyed playing bingo, knitting, and crochet. 

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother, Thomas. 

She is survived by her brother, John Robert (Pam) Bell; niece, Meredith Bell (Miles) Zadnichek; great-niece, Edith Grace Zadnichek; and beloved cousin, Sara Beth Blair. 

A private graveside service will be held at Elmwood Cemetery at a later date.
