Ouida Helen Griffin

Ouida Helen Griffin, 80, of Albany, GA, died December 9, 2013 at Willson Hospice House. Graveside funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM at Crown Hill Cemetery. Chaplin Will Archibald will officiate.
Mrs. Griffin was born to the late Preston and Quilla Mae Corbett in Albany, GA on March 13, 1933 and had resided there all of her life. She met her husband at Rucker's Bakery in 1950 and they were married for sixty two years. Mrs. Griffin was employed as a Dougherty County School Crossing Guard for thirty seven years and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of sixty two years, Joseph William (Joe) Griffin of Albany, GA, her children, Randy Griffin of Albany, GA, Judy Peppers of Canton, GA and Susan Morgan and her husband, Joey of Albany, GA, seven grandchildren, Holli Griffin of Powder Springs, GA, Mallory Hepner of Albany, GA, Presley Morgan and Kyler Morgan of Albany, GA, Ashley Peppers, Brinley Shreve and her husband, John and Landon Peppers all of Canton, GA and eight great-grandchildren, Desire`, Blaine, Ally, Donyell, Lakelynn, Angel, Rylee and Tanner.
The family will be at the residence of Susan and Joey Morgan.
