Norma O'Neill Klatt, 95, of Ellijay, GA, formerly of Albany, GA died Friday, November 27, 2015 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper, GA. Committal services will be held Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Andersonville National Cemetery. Pastor James E. Boyd will officiate.
Born in Toledo, OH, Mrs. Klatt had resided in Michigan before moving to Lake Blackshear (Crisp Co.) for twenty five years before moving to Albany, GA. She was a homemaker, a member of United Methodist Women and a member of Palmyra Road Methodist Church. She loved the Lord, life, her family, and had a passion for figure ice skating and sewing teddy bears together for children in hospitals. Her favorite chapter in the Bible is Psalm 23.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman O'Neill and Margaret Derr O'Neill, sisters Roslyn Graham and Connie Stratton, brother Robert O'Neill, her husband Ludwig Edward Klatt, son-in-law Robert Mann, and daughter Carol Mann.

Survivors include three sons, James E. Klatt and his wife Francis of Livonia, MI, Kenneth A. Klatt of Blue Ridge, GA, and David M. Klatt and his wife Gina of Ellijay, GA, her brother Dr. Daniel O'Neill and his wife Vilma of Canfield, OH, eight grandchildren, Christine Lewis and her husband Ronnie of Cordele, GA, Jim Klatt and his wife Liberty of Wixom, MI, Michael Klatt of St. Cloud, FL, David Klatt of Livonia, MI, Michele Castrodale and her husband Mario of Commerce Twp, MI, Kenn Klatt of Cleveland, OH, Kerri Klatt of Elyria, OH, and Matthew Klatt of Augusta, GA, and four great-grandchildren, Cody, Andy, Dekon, and Bryce.
