Minnie Rose McKinnon

Minnie Rose Robinson McKinnon, 87, of Sylvester, GA, died Thursday, August 15, 2019 at Pruitt Health-Sylvester.  A Memorial service will be conducted Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 3:00 PM at Floral Memory Gardens.

Mrs. McKinnon was born on August 21, 1931 in Mobile, Al.  She had lived in the Southwest Georgia area most of her life.  Mrs. McKinnon was retired from Coats & Clark.  She loved gardening and spending time with her family.  Mrs. McKinnon was a member of the Golden Key Club.

 Mrs. McKinnon was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Edward McKinnon, Sr.; her son, Charles Edward McKinnon, Jr. and her daughter, Belinda Hope McKinnon.

Survivors include her grandsons, Charles Bradley McKinnon (Julie) of Virginia Beach, VA and Stacy Shane Hayslip of Albany; a daughter-in-law, Ellen McKinnon of Sylvester; sisters, Christine Clenney, Sally Culp and Maurine Akins, all of Alabama; brothers, Cecil Robinson, James "Bob" Robinson and Ray Robinson, all of Alabama along with several nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive friends after the service at Floral Memory Gardens.
