Mildred Gasner Daughtry

Mildred Gasner Daughtry, 93, of Albany, GA, died April 28, 2017 at her residence. Funeral services will be held Monday at 3:00 PM at Albany Bible Church. Pastor Pete Daughtry will officiate. Interment will follow in Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery.

A native of Tuscaloosa, AL, Mrs. Daughtry was raised in Albany, GA. She started her career working at Broadway Lunch in downtown Albany, was employed with Jimmy Faulkner's Cleaners and retired as Payroll Clerk with Coats and Clark, while being a full time Mom for three boys, a wife and homemaker. Mrs. Daughtry was a member of Albany Bible Church and Order of the Eastern Star, Crape Myrtle Chapter # 163.

Survivors include her husband, W.W. "Woody" Daughtry of Albany, GA, three sons and their wives, Pete and Peggy Daughtry of Lee County, GA, Tony and Belinda Daughtry of Albany, GA and Todd and April Daughtry of Lee County, GA, a sister, Nettie Willis of Brunswick, GA, six grandchildren, Eric Daughtry and his wife, Debbie and David Daughtry and his wife, Amanda all of Lee County, GA, Paige Greene and her husband, Pepper of Americus, GA, Patti Gandy and her husband, Ted of Monroe, GA, Haley Daughtry of Albany, GA and Flannery Daughtry of Lee County, GA and eight great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM Monday at Albany Bible Church.
