Michael W. (Mike) Simpson

Michael W. (Mike) Simpson, 62, of Albany, GA, died August 6, 2016 at Willson Hospice House. No formal services will be held.

A native of Tifton, GA, born to the late John and Betty Joe Simpson, Mike moved to Albany, GA in 1963 with his family. He graduated from Albany High School and served in the United States Air Force during Vietnam. Mike was a Dock Manager with Airgas and a member of The Loyal Order of The Moose, # 2785.

Survivors include his wife, Rhonda Simpson and his son, Devan Simpson of Albany, GA, his step-mother, Sandra Simpson of LaGrange, GA, two sisters, Cindy Peters and her husband, Tom of Lee County, GA and Debbie Harvey and her husband, Ed of Dillon, CO and two brothers, Steve Simpson and his wife, Annie of Georgetown, GA and Tim Simpson and his wife, Heidi of Camp Lejeune, NC
