Michael R. "Mike" Senn

Michael Roy “Mike” Senn, 67, of Leesburg, GA, died December 27, 2024 at his residence. He is now at home with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2:00 pm at Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery.  Ross Powell will officiate.

Mike was born in Elba, AL on November 30, 1957 to Sara and Roy Senn. He and his family moved to Albany, GA in 1960 where he was raised and graduated from Albany High School in 1975. Mike started with Winn-Dixie when he was fifteen as a bag boy and retired as a Store Manager. He moved to Lee County, GA in 1991.

Mike was also employed with Harvey’s and owned his own lawn service, SENNsational Lawn Care. He was a die hard Alabama, “Roll Tide” Fan, and enjoyed spending time with his pet and companion, Lucky Joe. Mike had a strong faith and formed a special relationship with Jesus Christ. He loved his family, especially his 9 grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Babette Senn in 2020.

Survivors include children, James (Emily) Senn, David (Kristy) Senn and Brandon (Laurie) Senn all of Lee County, GA, his sister, Debbie (Randy) Taylor of LaGrange, GA, his grandchildren, Haley Senn, Michael Senn, Skylar Senn, Tristan Senn, Braley Senn, Kaden Senn, Beckham Senn, Tristin Kszyminski, McKenzie Kszyminski, and his nieces, Dana (David) Hough and Diana (Jeffrey) Hehman. 

The family will receive friends following the service at 357 Palmyra Rd, Leesburg, GA. Light refreshments will be served.
