Mary Jenny Smith Yarbrough

Mary Jenny Smith Yarbrough, 97, of Terrell County GA, passed away Monday, February 13, 2017 at Pruitt Palmyra Nursing Home. Graveside funeral services will be conducted Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at Crown Hill Cemetery. Mr. Ross Powell will officiate.

Born in Atlanta, GA Mrs. Yarbrough moved to Albany in 1938. She was employed with Bobs Candy and retired with more than forty years of service. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, and gardening. Mrs. Yarbrough had attended Sherwood Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles R. Yarbrough Jr. and two daughters Brenda Denard and Jean Boyer Drake.

Survivors include her daughter Robin Anne Harris (Jimmy) of Terrell County, GA a son Charles R. Yarbrough III (Tullie) of Lizella, GA, eight grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and nine great-great grandchildren.
