Mary Jean Seabolt

Mary Jean Seabolt, 80, of Gainesville, GA, passed peacefully on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Lee County Health and Rehabilitation after an extended illness. A Memorial Service will be conducted Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Harmony Hall Baptist Church (4160 Mangum Mill Road Gainesville, GA 30507).  Pastor John Kinsey will officiate.

Mary was born September 16, 1937, in Gainesville, GA, to the late Paul and Nezzie Poole.  Mary was of Baptist Faith. She retired after 20 + yrs from Avery Label/ Avery Dennison. Our mom was loving and dedicated to her family, friends and co-workers. She truly NEVER met a stranger, loved everyone! She loved bowling, music, dancing, going to the beach, her flower gardens and Georgia Bulldog Football. She will be missed! 

 In addition to her parents Mary was preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law Retha and Guy Potts and a longtime friend Garlon Pardue.  Survivors include her daughter Pam (Jimmy) Clark of Lee County, GA, her son Tony (Carolyn) Seabolt of Roswell, GA, four grandchildren Jack and Camille Seabolt both of Roswell, GA, Zach Clark of Gainesville, GA, and Cody (Hannah) Clark of Albany, GA, two great grandchildren Olivia Grace Clark and Corley James Clark, a brother Dewey “Jackie” (Laverne) Poole of Oakwood, GA, and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Due to moms love of flowers they will be welcomed. We ask In lieu of flowers that donations be made to: Harmony Hall Baptist Church Missions.
