Mary Ann Griffin

Mary Ann Griffin, 67, of Lee County, GA, died July 21, 2015 at her residence. Memorial services will be held Friday at 11:00 AM at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Charles Jones will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service.

A native of Sylacauga, AL, Mrs. Griffin was born to the late William and Ida Ramsey. She grew up in Albany, GA and graduated from Albany High School. Mrs. Griffin moved to Lee County, GA in 1980 and was formerly employed with Triangle Engineering Company, MacGregor Golf Company and was employed as the Office Manager for Flint Beverage Company until her retirement in 2013. She loved to fish, camp and spend time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, William J. Griffin of Lee County, GA, a son, Jessie Wayne Griffin and his wife, Anna of Albany, GA, a daughter, Theresa Carol Prejean and her husband, Ricky of Lafayette, LA, five grandchildren, one great-grandchildren, a brother, James William Ramsey and his wife, Lisa of Moultrie, GA and a sister, Nora Christine Hill of Valdosta, GA.
