Marvin Glynn Christenson, II

Marvin Glynn Christenson, II, 69, of Albany, died Monday, April 21, 2025 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. His memorial service will be 12 Noon, April 29, 2025 in the Walden Chapel at Frist Methodist Church. Rev. Laurel Griffith will officiate.

Marvin was born in Crookston MN but he grew up and lived the majority of his life in Aitkin, MN. Mr. Christenson retired as an Registered Nurse and massage therapist. He served our county in the Marine Corps for six years and in the Arkansas National Guard for seventeen years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin G. Christenson, Sr and Winsome Caudle Christenson, daughter, Kristina Marie Christenson, brother, Timothy Eugene Christenson, step-son, Jonathan Blake Brandon.

Survivors include his wife Lisa Jordan Christenson, children Lora Christenson Martin (Richard), M. Glynn Christenson, III (Ashley), grandchildren, Destiny Marie Christenson, Veronica Marie Martin, Madisyn Dane Christenson, McKenzie Faith Christenson, his siblings, Marvadene Aakhus (Bob), Peter Christenson (Glenda), Patricia Nicko (Bob), Cherly Eli, Joellyn Eli, step-son Brian Brandon (Julia), step-grandchildren, Brianna Thompson, Bianca Thompson, Jonathan Brandon, Abigail Brandon, brother-in-law, Ed Jordan (Debbie), the mother of his children, Dianna Reyes and a host of other family members.
