Margaret Campbell Reever

Margaret Rosella Willis Reever passed away Dec. 2nd 2017 in Kings Mt. NC at 67 years old.

Her funeral service will be Thursday 2 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home with interment to follow in Riverside Cemetery.  Rev. Jim Eubanks will officiate. 

Mrs. Reever grew up in a military family, she joined the U.S. Air force after High School Graduation, left with Honorable Discharge, worked for Mc Gregor in Albany as a Secretary, then in import and export department.  While there She received a position with the Marine Corp Logistics Base in Albany,GA.  While at M.C.L.B. she obtained her Master’s In Education, and taught night classes at Darton College. She retired from M.C.L.B. ranked as a G.S. 12. 

She is preceded in death by husband George Reever, a son Carl Ehling.  

Her survivors include her parents Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Willis of Texas.  Two Sisters Gloria and husband Jack Forcucci of Texas, and Mrs. Anna Kight of Texas. Sons and Daughters include Richard and Peggy Reever of Kings Mount, NC (and grandchildren) and her daughter Rebecca and husband Gus Shope (grandchildren include Brandon, Bridgett, and Joseph LaSalle).  Aunts and uncles include Frances Williford Mikilitus, Margaret Williford Willis, James Williford all residents of Albany, GA.  Margaret also had numerous cousins, nephews and nieces. 

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Mathews Funeral Home.
